I was referred by Chris McKenzie to David Blake. I was wondering if you work with small businesses prepping for taxes using QuickBooks. Basically light accounting service to keep me on track and to be able to send in a comprehensible report to my CPA. Thank you for your time.

The worst possible service I have ever seen. I tried to send my documents for tax return preparation by sharing dropbox link - it was a way too complex for them. I emailed a password protected zip file - they did not figure out how to enter a password. I brought my documents by visiting they office over two weeks ago - they said that there is no need to book an appointment in advance. I called them today trying to figure out what is going on just to find out they are not going to do my taxes at all. I have only 2 weeks left to find another company. It is a totally unacceptable, absolutely unprofessional behavior.
