In the mid 1990 while employed at Transport Indemnity Co (Denver branch office) I enrolled in your program, Colene H. Pascoe Acct #62474. After leaving Transport for college and following college and multiple moves for various insurers, all info was packed away and frankly forgotten. I have now (while "downsizing" come across a lot of information. My real question, is this account still open?, if so how do I find more information etc. Would appreciate help. Thanks
