Once again we are hosting the Sanford Founders Day Celebration Car Show on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at the Sanford Park-baseball diamonds. We are contacting you for your support with a donation or public service announcement. We understand that the economy is not thriving for a lot of businesses but we would be most grateful for any contribution you are able to provide.

55 registered show participants in our show will receive a trophy. The cost for sponsoring a regular trophy is $30.00 each or 3 for $75.00. Already sponsored were 2 best of show trophies, cost for sponsoring 1 or both $50.00 each.

Door prizes; the show participants really enjoy receiving their door prize item. This would include any items such as gift certificate(s), product(s) or for service(s).

We also plan to give out goody bags of logo marketing materials to the 1st 100 registered. For example, pens, unsharpened pencils, magnets, post-it note pads, scratch pads, chip clips, business cards, calendars, rulers, yard sticks, Frisbees, chap stick or any item with your information on it. If you would like to provide us with any of these items or something else, please let us know. If you have a specific request, we will do our best to accommodate.

What we will do for you as a sponsor: a board posted at our show will have your name listed on it for all to see. Our DJ will announce the name of each sponsor throughout the day. For more exposure we will also include your company name on our website, www.midmichiganclassicchevyclub.webs.com.

We are a non-profit organization from the Tri-City area. Proceeds raised this year will go to the chosen local children(s) charity(s) just like we have for the last 11 years. In 2013 we were able to donate to Safe & Sound, Christmas for Kids, Bikers for Kids, Toys for Tots, Coats for Kids, Christmas Kindness, Gladwin County Baby Panty, Children's Therapy Corner & purchased yard for baby hats. We couldn't do it without sponsors like you! We hope that we can count on your help this coming fall.
