URGENT - Hello, Heidi or to Whom it May Concern.....I live at 106 Farragut Way, Unit 262. As of June 2016, of last year, the condo association asked my landlord to take over both Sewer and Propane costs. Due to this change, Peter McNelis, the owner of this condo, came up with a figure for me to pay over and above the usual rent to cover the extra cost. I originally was paying for propane but have no idea what the charges have been and I need to know this ASAP. Peter has had medical conditions and he was supposed to sit down with me in one year that would be this past June 2017 but this never happened. I have a distinct impression that I have been overpaying him but will not know this until I see monthly gas charges for unit 262 from June 2016 through December 2017 for this unit where I reside. I need to see a spread sheet of every month's gas charges, propane costs for heat only for unit 262 paid by Peter McNelis for months of June 2016, through this December 2017. I am in the process of purchasing this condo and need this information, ASAP. Thank you in advance for this information. If you would kindly break it down month by month from June 2016, through December 2017...with a total cost for the past 15 months, that would be great.
