One, multiples in your business are at HISTORIC highs in the history of corporate finance. (I’m a finance valuation buff)

Two, I know the lifeline of a firm such as yours contemplates a liquidity event every thirty years or so but I wanted to introduce ourselves and make sure in the event you and your partners are considering valuation issues, growth opportunities, or even internal performance metrics, you are aware of who we are.

Having completed a 16 year career with NFP recently and an additional 12 years prior on Wall Street, I joined Sica Fletcher, the most experienced and successful insurance distribution Advisor in the country. We would be interested in sharing who we are, how we work, and from time to time show you some interesting transactions we are working on. We presently have THREE Buy side engagements with National firms seeking to expand into Louisiana from the largest in the world to those one might consider smaller and more nimble yet trying to build on a national level.
