My fiancé and I just bought a couch the ATZ in Kendallville Indiana on March 8th of this year. We still have not received our couch nor do they have any idea when we will get it. It is ridiculous that I will have this paid off before we receive it. Now my question is because they have not delievied it according to the contract because the seller has not delievied the goods I have the right to end this contract. My Wife and I are 69 years old and on Social Security. I'm on SS Disability. We live in Dupont Lakes apartment complex. We are on a tight budget and we needed to get out of here because of mold in the apartment heat and cooling system. We were lucky to sign up and get a new apartment with Yellow retirement community in the new ones being built on Coldwater Road. But since we have to break our lease to get out, they want a months extra to get out of the lease and of course Yellow Retirement community needs an extra months rent for deposit. We had an account several years ago with you when we purchased a Spa with the pool and spa business on Lima Road, that had 12 months no interest thru your business. We paid it off in 11 months and accrued no interest. That was our collateral for the 4 thousand dollar loan. I have no collateral this time. We lost our home where that spa was when the economy tanked and Bank Of America wanted to double our mortgage and wouldn't work with us and refinance the mortgage. So we filled for bankruptcy and gave up our new home of 18 years. My Daughter needs a little help as well, as a Father I try when I can and at this time I can't with out help for her too. Is there any way you can help us with a loan this time for $2 thousand on a 12month note as before?? Or any thing you can suggest?? Ronald R. Ferrell lrferrell@msn.com 260-437-1698
